This policy outlines the responsibilities, acceptable use, and limitations related to the use of WP Publisher Pro. By accessing or using the application, users agree to the terms below.
1. Purpose of the Tool
WP Publisher Pro is designed to help users create, manage, and publish AI-generated content and images to their connected WordPress websites. The tool provides automation features, scheduling options, prompt libraries, and integrations with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter and others).
WP Publisher Pro does not provide its own AI models; all AI generation depends on the API keys supplied by the user.
2. User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for:
2.1. Content Generated
- All AI-generated articles, images, titles, keywords, and links created with the tool.
- Ensuring that published content complies with local laws, copyright rules, and platform policies.
- Reviewing and editing content before publication.
2.2. API Keys
- Providing their own valid API keys (OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter, image models, etc.).
- Managing usage, token consumption, and related costs charged by the API provider.
- Ensuring their API keys are stored securely and not shared with others.
WP Publisher Pro never charges for AI usage; all model-related costs are billed directly by the provider chosen by the user.
3. Acceptable Use
Users may use the tool for, among other things:
- Generating SEO-friendly articles.
- Creating automated content schedules.
- Producing images through connected AI APIs.
- Managing content pipelines across multiple WordPress sites.
- Storing and reusing custom prompts, image prompts, and SEO instructions.
The following uses are not allowed:
- Generating illegal, hateful, extremist, or harmful content.
- Publishing misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent material.
- Attempting to bypass API provider restrictions or usage limits.
- Misuse of the platform to spam or harm other websites or services.
WP Publisher Pro may suspend accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The app integrates with external platforms, which may include:
- WordPress REST API.
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Gemini, etc.).
- Image generation models and services.
WP Publisher Pro is not responsible for:
- Interruptions in third-party services.
- Rate limits, downtime, or policy changes of third-party providers.
- Costs billed by these external providers.
Users must follow the terms of each external service they connect to WP Publisher Pro.
5. Data, Security & Privacy
- WP Publisher Pro stores only the data required to operate the user’s account and publishing features.
- Users retain full ownership of their prompts, content, and image instructions.
- API keys are encrypted and used only for executing user-requested actions.
- WP Publisher Pro does not use user content to train external AI models.
6. Fair Use & System Load
To ensure optimal performance for all users, WP Publisher Pro may monitor usage patterns, including bulk generation and publishing behavior.
- Excessive automation, abusive scheduling, or unusual API load may result in temporary throttling.
- Bulk publishing should follow reasonable usage patterns and comply with third-party terms.
WP Publisher Pro may introduce limits to maintain platform stability and fair use.

WP Publisher Pro is provided “as-is” without guarantees of:
- Search engine ranking or positions.
